OutreachGuru is owned and operated by Digi Web LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (United States), at 3422 Old Capitol Trail, Suite 700, Wilmington, Delaware 19808-6192, New Castle County, Delaware, USA. This policy describes the categories of information OutreachGuru processes to operate the service, including account and workspace information, integration metadata, contact and campaign data supplied by customers, consent evidence, usage/security logs, billing information and support communications.

Processing purposes include providing and securing the service, executing customer instructions, preventing abuse, maintaining deliverability, supporting billing, product operations and meeting applicable legal obligations.

OutreachGuru provides mechanisms for access, correction, export and deletion requests, workspace deletion, consent/preference management and retention controls. Customer workspaces are isolated. Connected-service credentials must be encrypted and access-controlled. Subprocessors are maintained in a separately versioned framework/list.

Digi Web LLC may act in different privacy roles depending on the processing activity. For customer-controlled contact and campaign data, the customer will ordinarily determine the purposes of its communications while OutreachGuru processes data to provide the contracted platform services, subject to the DPA and applicable law.

The production subprocessor list, processing locations, international-transfer mechanisms, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific notices must be completed against the providers actually enabled in production and reviewed by qualified counsel before final publication.
