OutreachGuru Platform Terms of Service — Digi Web LLC Baseline

These Terms govern access to and use of OutreachGuru, a SaaS product owned and operated by Digi Web LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (United States) ("Digi Web", "OutreachGuru", "we", "us" or "our"). Customers are responsible for the legality of the contacts, content, instructions and campaigns they submit and for using the service in accordance with applicable law, provider rules, these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

OutreachGuru may apply technical and operational safeguards, including throttling, pausing, limiting, suspending or terminating campaigns, integrations or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect recipients, customers, connected providers, deliverability, security, legal compliance or platform integrity. The platform may investigate abuse complaints and preserve relevant audit evidence.

Customer data remains logically isolated by workspace. Processing responsibilities, subprocessors, security measures, retention and deletion are further addressed in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Production completion required: Delaware registration/file number where counsel recommends disclosure, governing-law/forum language, billing/refund provisions, warranties/disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnities and other jurisdiction-specific provisions must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before final publication.
